How Much Will Shipping Cost?

We offer two service levels for shipping: Drop Ship and White Glove Service. Prices for deliveries within key metropolitan areas are calculated at checkout. For areas outside primary urban hubs, should any issues arise with the automatic calculation, please request a quote, and one of our sales representatives will get in touch with you.

When Can I Expect Delivery?

Delivery times vary based on product availability:

  • In-Stock Items: Ready to ship immediately.
  • Custom/Ordered Items: Production times range from 6 to 20 weeks, depending on the supplier.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

What Happens if My Order is Delayed?

Lead times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. We aim to keep you informed of any delays.


Warehouse / Store Pickup Process

Planning a pickup? Let us know in advance so we can have your items ready. For assistance loading your vehicle, please bring someone to help or make special arrangements with us. Saturday pickups are by appointment only. 

Please remember to verify the availability of this service for your item, as not all products include this option.


What is the Difference Between Drop Ship and White Glove Delivery?

  • Drop Ship: Delivery to the entry point of your home or condo; item is unboxed but not assembled.
  • White Glove Service: Includes setup in the room of your choice and removal of all packaging.

How Are Deliveries Handled for Mixed Availability Orders?

If your order includes items with different availability, we’ll hold all items until everything is ready for one delivery. If you'd prefer items as they arrive, separate delivery fees will apply for each shipment.
